NEWQUAY is our timeless mid-cut boot that keeps your feet warm and dry.
The shiny and pleasantly soft nappa leather give the boot an elegant touch. Thanks to the subtle brown colour, you can combine the boot with everything. If you want something a little more chic, wear them with a pair of light-coloured chinos. If you want to be more casual, they also go great with jeans in a used look.
Thanks to the reinforcement in the toe area, the boot is absolutely robust, yet it doesn't lack elegance. The fine seams, which have been carefully hand-stitched, make this possible.
To give you an even more comfortable feel, we have sewn a particularly soft material at the top of the shaft. This means that nothing can rub against your calf. As with all our barefoot shoes, there is no need to break them in. Buy them, put them on and start walking - with NEWQUAY in winter it's especially fun!

Ich liebe diesen Schuh!
Dies ist mein erster ZAQQ-Schuh und ich kann ihn gar nicht genug loben! Ich hatte meine ersten "Barfuß"-Schritte mit günstigeren Schuhen anderer Marken gemacht - letzten Dezember nahm ich dann die Firmen-Weihnachtsfeier zum Anlass, mal in die Vollen zu gehen und mit einem richtig schicken Barfußschuh mein Business-Casual Outfit zu ergänzen. Nicht nur war das ein voller Knüller, ich freue mich seitdem jedesmal darauf, ihn zu tragen. Er ist chic, edel und hochwertig gleichzeitig aber auch robust und besitzt eine elegante "Schlichtheit" ohne Schnick-schnack. Wie die anderen Rezensionen erwähnen, ist er absolut perfekt verarbeitet und offensichtlich sehr angenehm zu tragen, auch bei kälteren Temparaturen, wobei ich ihn jetzt keinem Stresstest bei extremer Kälte, Schnee oder heftigem Regen unterzogen hatte. Aber auch bei kaltem, regnerischen Wetter hielt er ohne Thermoeinlagen noch warm und trocken. Da er kein Innenfutter hat, ist er allerdings auch bei wärmeren bzw. Übergangstemperaturen noch angenehm zu tragen - absolute Kaufempfehlung!
Laut Maßtabelle ist Größe 42 für mich geeignet, ich hatte mir trotz allem auch Größe 41 zum Vergleich bestellt. In Größe 41 passte er dann quasi genau "auf Kante", was bei Barfußschuhen ja nicht sein soll - bei 42 hatten die Füße genug Platz, während er wie gesagt trotzdem Dank des schönen Designs sehr elegant aussieht. Der kostenlose Rückversand der 41er und die Rückerstattung verliefen auch problemlos - Danke auch an den tollen Kundenservice! Ich gebe selten soviel Geld für Schuhe aus - in diesem Fall was es mir jeden Cent wert und es wird definitiv nicht der letzte ZAQQ-Schuh sein, den ich mir hole.

Schöne Ergänzung zu Piquant
Das ist ein schöner Winterschuh. Er ist erstaunlich bequem und fällt etwas größer als der Piquant der gleichen Nenngröße aus, sodass genug Platz für die dickeren Socken bleibt. Hineinschlüpfen am besten mit Schuhanzieher.

Tolle Verarbeitung und sehr bequem!!
Dies Modell mein erster Versuch, Barfußschuhe im Winter zu tragen. Sie sind gefüttert und dadurch - so meine subjektive Sicht - etwas kleiner als gedacht. Die telefonische Beratung war super und ich habe das Modell dann in einer größeren Größe bestellt als ich normalerweise habe, auch aus der Überlegung heraus, dicke Socken anziehen zu können.
Die Schuhe sind einfach nur schön, bequem, wie Barfußschuhe nur sein können, und sehr schön verarbeitet. Alle Nähte sind perfekt, das Leder ist absolut hochwertig und der ganze Schuh sieht richtig edel aus. Ich bin total zufrieden und habe gerade mein drittes Modell bei ZAQQ bestellt, mit dem ich dann auch richtig wintertauglich auf den Schnee warte.
